Amir Mortada Mansour
Amir Mortada Mansour is an Egyptian lawyer, belonging to a long-established family in the field of law and legal work in Egypt. He was born in the Agouza district of Giza Governorate on February 14, 1986. He began his academic career by joining the Police College, where he graduated and worked as an officer in the Ministry of Interior, gaining direct practical experience in criminal and security work, and a deep understanding of the mechanisms of law enforcement from within.
In 2008, he made a decisive decision to redirect his career path. He resigned from the Ministry of Interior and moved to the world of law, fully convinced that his true role lay in defending rights and managing legal conflicts professionally. He received his practical training in the office of Counselor Mortada Mansour, one of the oldest and largest legal schools in Egypt and the Arab world, where he combined in-depth legal study with daily practical practice, in addition to participating in building and managing an integrated legal system at an early age.
Over time, he opened his own office, and succeeded in establishing his name as an efficient, disciplined and highly professional lawyer, relying on diligence and building relationships based on mutual trust with his clients.
Today, Amir Mortada Mansour is considered a reliable legal reference, relied upon by institutions, companies, and individuals to manage complex legal files, through high-level legal services that combine practical experience and strategic vision, to be a true legal partner and not just a representative before the judiciary

His older brother, Ahmed Mortada Mansour, is considered one of the most prominent young lawyers, and he previously served as a member of the Egyptian Parliament, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Zamalek Club, with an active presence in politics and sports.
As for Counselor Mortada Mansour, he was first in his class at the Faculty of Law - Ain Shams University, and began his career by writing a legal encyclopedia on criminal law, for which he received the State Encouragement Award as the youngest legal author in Egypt when he was twenty-five years old. He then joined the Public Prosecution, then the Judiciary, before resigning in 1984 to establish his own office, which later became one of the most famous and largest law firms in Egypt and the Arab world.
His career extended between parliamentary work and addressing national, religious, and public issues, in addition to criminal, administrative, and State Council issues, leaving a professional legacy that formed an influential legal school that had a direct role in shaping the legal background in which Amir grew up.
The Beginning of Career
Amir began his career within the office of Counselor Mortada Mansour, based on the conviction that this experience represents one of the deepest practical legal schools in Egypt and the Arab world. During this stage, his role was not formal or training, but rather he actually participated in managing the legal work, organizing files, supervising and training teams of lawyers, attending sessions and investigations, and participating in major cases.
Dealing with a Wide Range of Issues
This experience allowed him to deal with a wide range of issues, including criminal law, civil law, personal status, corporate and investment laws, economic courts, State Council issues, administrative justice, and intellectual property, which established comprehensive legal experience based on practical understanding before being satisfied with legal texts. As his experience developed, Amir built a different relationship with his clients, based on careful analysis, developing clear legal strategies, and dealing with each case as an independent case. The goal was not only to manage a dispute, but to provide realistic legal solutions that protect the rights and ensure the legal security of the client. During this stage, he gained the trust of his clients in his independent professional capacity, far from the family name, which prompted him to establish his own office with a clear vision and an independent legal identity.
Integrated Legal Services
Today, Amir provides integrated legal services to major companies and institutions in the fields of banking, contracting, real estate development, investment, and artistic production, alongside a number of artists and businessmen. He also acts as a permanent legal advisor to a number of these entities, setting legal policies, drafting contracts, managing risks, and providing legal and strategic advice.

I practice law with a mindset based on decisiveness and clarity, not complexity or grandstanding, while maintaining strict confidentiality regarding all matters pertaining to my clients and their cases.
I believe that a lawyer's true value lies in their ability to accurately assess situations, identify risks before they materialize, and make the right legal decision at the right time.
Laws change, texts evolve, and legal interpretations develop, but methodology, strategy, and professional identity remain constant. Therefore, I don't treat the law as a rigid text, but rather as a practical tool for protecting rights, managing crises, and making informed decisions.
My professional approach is based on regulating legal relationships in a way that prevents conflicts of interest and closes the door to disputes before they arise. My constant goal remains to provide a strong legal framework that guarantees protection and stability, and gives my clients confidence and peace of mind.
